As many of you maybe thinking, what do I do and how do I get a window replaced in my vehicle? Well that is actually very simple. If you have full coverage, it most likely is of no cost to you! Your insurance can contact us, at your request, and we will install the window and handle the paperwork. If not, we can talk you through the process, we handle the paperwork still, and we will give you the lowest price that is possible for the installation and costs of supplies. We knows it is not an area that most people strive to understand or study in regards to knowing how to handle the process. We will take the stress right from your mind, and handle it with no stress for you!!

Does insurance cover my new window?

 

In most situations the insurance company will cover your replacement or repair of your window. If they do not, that is okay to! Although it is always a comfort to know you are covered, there will be times you are not. If you are we will install the window and you will have to pay nothing out of pocket. If you are not we will give you the fairest quote in comparison to our competition, with the best quality of installation, that you can budget!

When do I pay for the window if insurance does not cover it?

 

The cost of the window would be due after the install. However, you will have peace of mind knowing that the quote you are given over the phone, or in person before the install, will be the exact price you will have to pay. There are no hidden costs, fees, or surprise expenses that will appear after the installation.

Is the window installed warrantied?

 

Yes. We warranty all window installations for the duration that you own the vehicle. What this means is if the window leaks or anything that would be considered normal for a window to encounter aside a driving insident we would warranty the replacement. The actual workmanship and labor are warrantied. We do install with quality products, so it is rare to encounter such issues, but with any manufactured products this may happen. Although a warranty does not cover a new crack, chip, or broken window in the vehicle. We would gladly come out to replace the new one, and work out a discount for a repeat customer.

Are there added discounts?

 

We do offer additional discounts for police officers, fire fighters, paramedics, and military personnel. In addition we offer discounts during some promotions for referrals of customers, as well as return customers. Contact us for details and We would be glad to further detail these great opportunties!

How do I know who the installer will be?

 

 

Once the appointment is scheduled, just before the appointment you will receive a contact call from the office pertaining to your appointment. During this confirmation it will be announced who your installer will be, by name, and you are welcome to ask for details. We know the uncertainity of individuals in today's society and strangers appearing at your location, we are happy to comfort your worries with knowledge of who should show up. We do a thorough background check on all individuals working with our company, and aside the installation of your window we want to provide you with a safe experience as well.
